This unit uses its own type of specific air filters that must be regularly replaced in order to keep your system running at peak performance, so consider adding a pack of 10 to your order.

  We use a nebulizer several times a day so we need one that will hold up. We've been using this for a couple of months now and it seems to be holding up just fine. The only thing I don't like about it, or any nebulizer, is that it's loud. If you're trying to watch tv or have a conversation, it does get in the way. When we run it for long periods of time using just saline like we sometimes need to do, I seem to get auditory halucinations of the doorbell ringing or the phone ringing. It's just because of listening to that hum of the nebulizer for too long. I wish it were quieter, but it does the job intended!

  This is an EASY nebulizer to use. My baby keeps getting colds, so we've had to use this to keep it out of her lungs. Other nebulizers are so complicated to set up. This one is SIMPLE! Just put the mask on and flip the switch. Highly recommend it.

To clean: Disconnect nebulizer tubing from compressor. Do not get compressor wet. Gently twist and pull up on the cover of the nebulizer and open to separate all nebulizer parts. Wash all nebulizer parts in warm water and a mild detergent. Nebulizer set is dishwasher safe but accessories are not. to disinfect, submerge all parts in vinegar/distilled water solution for 30 minutes. Rinse and let air dry. Nebulizer set should be replaced every 6 months.

It is important to change the air filter approximately every 30 days or when the air filter turns gray. Only use CompMist air filters. Filters can not be cleaned or washed.
