SOUND AND VIBRATION IN ONE ALARM! Everything you need, now in one compact alarm. This Malem ULTIMATE SELECTABLE combines light, sound and vibration to help even the deepest sleeper wake. A selectable combination of sound and vibration suits the needs of the child. A selection switch can be easily set to sound only, sound and vibration or vibration only.

Compact and lightweight (less than two ounces including two AAA batteries) with all the advanced features and advantages of the world famous Malem alarms. This selectable model offers the advantage of choosing one of 8 sounds or allowing the alarm to randomly choose a sound. Your child can just select which of the 8 sounds he/she wants to hear.

The alarm is connected to a small clip-on sensor which detects moisture and anchors to the outside of any close fitting underwear for boys or girls. Sensor contacts are within the clip so skin contact or sweating will not trigger the alarm. The alarm sounds continuously until the sensor is removed, allowing you or your child sufficient time to effectively respond to the alarm. The easy-clip sensor is included with the alarm.

Also included are instructions for use, charts to track progress and batteries. The ULTIMATE alarm uses inexpensive AAA batteries that last up to 10 times longer than standard "button" batteries found in nearly all other bedwetting alarms.

  By the third night my seven year old was dry!!! And has been since(it's over a week) We are all thrilled by the "magic". One thing - when you test the product the sensor has to be closed on an article of clothing or it will keep on ringing. That should've been included in the instructions for the test run.

  We were skeptical when we bought this alarm but we were tired of our 6 yr. old still going in his pull-up every night. We thought it was expensive but we reasoned that if it worked we may end up saving money if we could stop buying pull-ups. This alarm was Amazing! In 10 days it had my son completely trained to wake up on his own to go to the bathroom at night. He has not had an accident since and now 30 days later we have completely stopped using the alarm because it hasn't been needed.   This is quite possibly the best thing we've ever bought for our son. The alarm has put his lifelong bed-wetting to an end. It's easy enough for him to manage on his own, after one or two nights of me helping him. It's durable enough for a young boy. The alarm and vibration wake him up without alerting the entire household. My only regret is not buying one sooner. I highly recommend this alarm to anyone!

  It takes 6 weeks to see big results, and our son has been eager to see the improved dry nights! CAUTION: the sensor clasp WILL activate dry when open/closing on nothing...it took me a day or to to understand WHY the alarm went off DRY and UNATTACHED. We ALL know now how to avoid and why the sensor is set off when is sometimes flips the clasp while dressing for bed!

  Easy to use and opperate. We used it on our 4 year old 1st week we had to change him twice during night..evry night. 2nd weeek down to 1 or twice by 3rd week he slept through the ..DRY.. 6 week he is officially trained!! we had a party with cake and a gift!

  Best Uses: Stop bed wetting
  Clip to back of pj shirt so kids can't reset it on their own very easily. Makes them wake up. Also a tad uncomfortable so they don't sleep as hard. Of 5 kids 2 sleep so hard they wet. Son (8) broke in a month peeing just twice. He was a nightly wetter. Daughter (8/9) broke in a year. I thought she was broke, then she regressed once summer came...she played hard and couldn't wake up. The clip did get rusty and quit working after about a year, so I purchased a new one. She broke right after the new one came. She was a nightly, sometimes twice a night wetter. Thank you. Each time I bought the one that beeps, lights and vibrates. Not sure if it was necessary.
