The Neb-u-Lite LX2 Nebulizer System is a lightweight piston-pump nebulizer system with a built-in handle for increased portability. For added convenience, this system features a storage compartment which is able to house small nebulizer parts. The power switch and filter cap are inside the storage compartment, which protects them from damage. This product has a nebulizer dock on the compressor that stabilizes the medication cup while you pour in your medication. The sleek rounded edges make this compressor design both compact and appealing to the eye. As a nebulizer for home use, this system must be plugged into a traditional wall outlet. The simplicity of use, coupled with the powerful compressor, means treatment times are relatively short, leaving you more time for things away from your nebulizer.

As with all compressors, this unit requires that you regularly replace the air filter. Add a pack of 5 Graham-Field air filters specially designed for this product to your order to ensure your compressor will run smoothly for months to come!

  Best Uses: Keeps me alive
  I use the nebulizer with Albuterol when I have breathing problems that prevent me from catching my breath. Within a very few minutes the problem is terminated. It is rather simple to set up and operate even when I'm in a near panic state from lack of breath. The only negative is the noise the compressor makes but I can live with that- not sure how long I'd live without it.

  I used this twice a day for my kitten's pneumonia and he's made a full recovery. He was scared enough by the noise that we had to hold him, but it did the trick. Noise wouldn't be a problem for human patients. The price is right enough to deserve that fourth star.
