The second generation Nytone enuresis alarm is attached to the upper arm using a comfortable adjustable strap that holds the unit gently in place. The bed wetting alarm sounds, vibrates, and emits a small flashing blue light when activated. The moisture sensor is threaded under the child's shirt and is secured to tight fitting cotton underwear using the clip-on jaw sensor. The sensor is attached to the outside of the child's underwear where they would first wet. The package includes instructions (English and Spanish) and batteries.

This alarm has the unique feature of attaching to the upper arm instead of the shirt. It is much like a sport strap that holds an MP3 player on the upper arm. Your child must wear a T-Shirt/pajama top so that the sensor cord can be threaded through the sleeve hole and down the torso to the underwear. The second generation Nytone alarm is much lighter than the original Nytone bed wetting alarm with an improved locking sensor to help stop bedwetting. The new Nytone also now has vibration, which is an improvement over the old design.

Cons: Pain in the hand at night, Alarm is too soft
I bought this alarm for my 6 year old. However the Alarm is so soft that my child never woke up to it. What's the use of an alarm that cant wake you up. Moreover overnight use of the product caused pain in the arm of my child, which lead to discontinuation of the product.

Cons: Broke in less than a week
I purchased this alarm for my son. It worked great for a few nights, but the alarm became erratic within a few nights, even with regular cleaning. I thought maybe a change in batteries would help - no luck. After I put in new batteries it wouldn't work at all.
