It provides moisture for nasal congestion, dry cough, sinus irritation and dry skin.   I tested this Penguin cool mist humidifier over a period of several weeks. Crane is one of the top manufacturers of cool mist humidifiers so I expected the unit to be easy to use, durable and to provide a consistent stream - all of which they delivered on.
