This unique portable flashlight provides automatic, hands-free illumination for users of walkers, canes, and rollators. The flashlight uses a motion sensor to determine if walker, or whatever mobility aid it's attached to, is in use. After 30 seconds of inactivty, the light turns off. The flashlight also uses a lighting sensor, only turning on when it's in a low-level light environment.
The patented See 4 Safety Light is the only personal visual aid that saves batteries by knowing when to turn on and off. There are no buttons or switches to hassle with, although there is an "Off" switch in case the mobility device is in storage, like in an overhead compartment or car trunk. When not being stored, leave the flashlight in the "On" position and it'll automatically detect whether or not light is needed.
The See 4 Safety Light is great for those middle-of-the-night bathroom breaks. No more fumbling with light switches or stubbing toes on hard corners! This flashlight is also perfect for camping, nightly walks, and power outages. Since the flashlight clips onto your mobility aid, your hands are free to focus on safely maneuvering from place to place.

I clip my light low on one of my walker's bars, so that it illuminates the path I am walking. I can now turn off the lights and walk to the bedroom safely in the dark with my walker.
You can us this on anything that has a round bar and you could probably clip this on to a cane too.
I have unclipped it and used it to light something that I was reading in my bedroom.
