Made from durable polyester, this U-shaped sling features four sling points and closed-cell foam padding for user comfort during transfers. Choose from between a U sling with a head support or a U sling without a head support. A head rest is ideal for individuals who require extra support on the neck.

This U sling is adaptable for a variety of user shapes and sizes, supporting up to 600 lbs. Easy to install, this patient sling also includes 4 or 6 cradle points. Choose from four sizes:

• Small - 44" x 35"
• Medium - 49" x 37"
• Large - 54" x 46"
• Extra Large - 58" x 49"

Additional chains or straps are not required for installation. Drive slings can be used with any competitive floor lift.
