Cardinal Health Gauze Sponge, Sterile, 8 Ply, 4" x 4", Box of 25

These gauze sponges are ideal for wound cleansing, and as secondary dressing for added absorbency. They are made of 100% USP cotton; its highly absorbent rayon/polyester blend provides fast wicking properties and minimizes skin maceration. Wicking is the process in which fibers in a cloth garment draw perspiration from the skin and up to the surface of the fabric, permitting the moisture to evaporate quickly.
